Constitutional Mandate of VFSTCPII

VFSTCPII Philippines Constitutional Mandate as follows:

  • Republic Act # 6713 – Amended code of conduct for Public Officials and Employees in consonance with the National Government’s Moral Transformation Program pursuant to P.P. No. 62; and E.O. No. 314 as amended by E. O. No. 317 – known as the “Ad-Hoc Council on Values Formation (AHCVF)”; and further strengthened by E.O. No. 713 which created the “Presidential Council on Values Formation (PCVF).”
  • Executive Order # 714 – Government’s Institutional Mechanism for Interfaith Activities which is crucial to the promotion of Peace, Cooperation, and Amity.
  • Presidential Proclamation # 828 – Good governance, Good Citizenship to Fight Graft & Corruption and Eradicate Poverty
  • Administrative Order # 255 – Moral Recovery Program directing the “Heads of Every Executive Department to Lead Moral Renewal in Their Agencies”.

1st General Meeting

The first General Meeting of VFSTCPII ( Values Formation and Spiritual Transformation Council Philippines International Inc.) Riyadh Chapter was held last April 26, 2017. The meeting was attended by 14 Members out of the Total 23 members reported to date. Soon we will be updating the plans of the group.
